The only way to fix this is if someone like yourself leaves comments about drug testing experiences you have had with employers in this state.

  1. McGuire Research Services doesn't do pre-employment tests, but they do "random" testing. Random meaning if you "look" like you might imbibe, if you're a little twitchy or fidgety that day, or they just plain don't like you, you might get drug tested. First you'll be brought into the office to "confess". Depending on how the conversation goes, then you may be warned, told to take a drug-store test in the company bathroom, or you MIGHT be sent to the lab. I've seen people confess that they smoke weed and get warned that they will be tested later (the retest rarely happens)and I've also seen people get fired based on their confession alone. Again, a lot has to do with whether the managers like you or not. It's an absolutely horrible place to work, it's dirty, smelly, and infested with bed bugs and god knows what else. They pay terribly too ($9/hr)and NEVER give raises to the call center employees, but if you HAVE to work, it's somewhere to get you by until you find something better.
